Before that, employee #180 at Facebook, where I ran launch readiness for Search at 2B daily queries. Then a founder. Then GP of a deep tech fund that backed AI companies before ChatGPT. I know what scales and why most things don't.
Building
Every AI output has to survive two collisions: first with reality, then with a person. We measure the first one obsessively and the second one barely at all. Most of what I build is about the second one.
